Available in 3- or 6-month journeys, Evolving Out Loud is more than coaching—it’s a reclamation. You’ll learn how to create a grounded, loving relationship with yourself, heal the deeper roots of what’s been holding you back, and step into a version of life that finally feels like yours. This isn’t about willpower or just “thinking positive.” It’s about building tools that last, shifting your patterns from the inside out, and walking forward with clarity and confidence.

Learn the tools to calm your nervous system when life gets chaotic, set boundaries without guilt, and spot triggers before they take over.

Get clear on what you want—beyond all the noise, pressure, and people-pleasing.

Now that you’ve built a strong foundation and cleared the patterns that kept you stuck, it’s time to look forward. In this module, we’ll explore the version of you that’s been waiting underneath the noise—the one who knows what she wants and is finally ready to go after it. We’ll get clear on your truest desires (not the ones shaped by fear or other people’s expectations), and map out intentional, soul-aligned steps toward the life you’re here to live.


module three:  stepping into what's next

Here’s where we start untangling the roots. You’ll gently explore past experiences and the beliefs they planted—the ones still whispering that you’re not enough, not ready, or not allowed. We’ll meet the parts of you that formed in hard times to keep you safe—then learn how to thank them, release what’s no longer serving you, and reclaim the energy they’ve been holding. You’ll walk away with tools to regulate your nervous system, shift old patterns, and begin building a new relationship with yourself—one rooted in truth, not trauma.

module two:  clearing the path

We’ll begin by building a strong foundation—an emotional anchor you can return to again and again. You’ll take inventory of your strengths and wins (yes, even the ones you forget to give yourself credit for), start speaking to yourself with the compassion you deserve, and learn how to stay present when big emotions roll in. These are the core skills that will support you for life—especially when life gets loud, messy, or just plain hard.

Once a month in between sessions, you will have the option to schedule a 15 minute call.  This will allow you to ask questions and adjust yourself accordingly as you progress through the program.
